GENEL B\u0130LG\u0130LEND\u0130RME<br \/>www.gasia.com.tr \u00fczerinden verilen sipari\u015flerde, t\u00fcketiciler \u00d6n Bilgilendirme Formu ve Mesafeli Sat\u0131\u015f S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi h\u00fck\u00fcmlerini kabul etmi\u015f say\u0131l\u0131r.<br \/>Sat\u0131n al\u0131nan \u00fcr\u00fcnler, yasal s\u00fcre olan en ge\u00e7 30 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde al\u0131c\u0131ya teslim edilir.<\/p><p>2. CAYMA HAKKI<br \/>2.1 Cayma Hakk\u0131n\u0131n Kullan\u0131lmas\u0131<br \/>T\u00fcketici, ki\u015fiye \u00f6zel \u00fcretim olmayan \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde, teslim tarihinden itibaren 14 (ond\u00f6rt) g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde herhangi bir gerek\u00e7e g\u00f6stermeksizin cayma hakk\u0131n\u0131 kullanabilir.<br \/>Cayma hakk\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bu s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde taraf\u0131m\u0131za yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak veya e-posta yoluyla bildirim yap\u0131lmas\u0131 yeterlidir.<\/p><p>2.2 Cayma Hakk\u0131n\u0131n Kullan\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131 \u00dcr\u00fcnler<br \/>T\u00fcketicinin iste\u011fi veya ki\u015fisel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda \u00fcretilen (\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc, isim, \u00f6zel tasar\u0131m vb.) \u00fcr\u00fcnler,<br \/>ki\u015fiye \u00f6zel \u00fcretilmi\u015f kuyum \u00fcr\u00fcnleri,<br \/>etiketi s\u00f6k\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f, kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f veya yeniden sat\u0131labilirli\u011fi bozulmu\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcnler,<br \/>kutu, kutu i\u00e7eri\u011fi veya ambalaj\u0131 zarar g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcnler i\u00e7in cayma hakk\u0131 kullan\u0131lamaz.<\/p><p>3. \u0130ADE \u015eARTLARI<br \/>\u0130ade edilecek \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin kullan\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f, etiketleri s\u00f6k\u00fclmemi\u015f, orijinal kutusu ve t\u00fcm aksesuarlar\u0131yla birlikte g\u00f6nderilmesi gerekir.<br \/>\u00dcr\u00fcn \u00fczerinde al\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan kaynaklanan de\u011fer kayb\u0131 olmas\u0131 halinde, bu durumdan al\u0131c\u0131 sorumludur.<br \/>Yeniden sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan \u00fcr\u00fcnler iade al\u0131nmaz.<\/p><p>4. \u0130ADE KARGO S\u00dcREC\u0130<br \/>\u0130ade g\u00f6nderimleri, Sat\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan bildirilen kargo firmas\u0131 ve y\u00f6ntem ile yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>Belirtilen y\u00f6ntem d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yap\u0131lan iadelerde kargo bedeli al\u0131c\u0131ya aittir.<br \/>\u0130ade onayland\u0131ktan sonra \u00fcr\u00fcn bedeli, yasal s\u00fcreler i\u00e7inde \u00f6deme yap\u0131lan y\u00f6ntemle iade edilir.<\/p><p>5. \u00dcR\u00dcN\u00dc TESL\u0130M ALIRKEN<br \/>T\u00fcketici, \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc teslim al\u0131rken kontrol etmeli; hasarl\u0131 veya eksik \u00fcr\u00fcnleri kargo firmas\u0131 yetkilisi e\u015fli\u011finde tutanak alt\u0131na almal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><p>6. \u0130LET\u0130\u015e\u0130M<br \/>Gasia Kuyumculuk ve D\u0131\u015f Ticaret Limited \u015eirketi<br \/>Alemdar Mah.
